When you purchase artwork from my stock inventory, if you’re not completely happy with it—for any reason—you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. (However, you will be required to pay for any necessary shipping costs.)

No refunds on commissions

Commissioned work that is made-to-order to your specifications is non-refundable. This includes art and prints ordered to your specified size.

However, under certain circumstances we may buy the work back from you or arrange the sale to another collector. This is entirely at our discretion.

We will cover the cost of shipping for returns due to error or negligence on our part. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.
